The EYT (retirement age) regulation, which is expected by millions, is expected to become law in the first half of 2023. At this point, it expects employers to be provided with long-term, low-interest or interest-free loan opportunities for the cash need that will arise for severance payments.

2-Will the upper limit of 25% increase in Housing Rentals continue?

The increase limitation in terms of residential rents will expire on July 1, 2023, unless there is an extension. It is certain that many homeowners are waiting for this date.

Although the Central Bank has reduced interest rates to single digits, access to credit is still difficult. 6- Remote workers in technoparks will be able to work from home in 2023

In July, the rate of remote working in Technology Development Zones or R&D/design centers was increased from 50% to 75% by the Presidential Decision.

From the beginning of 2023, touristic facilities will pay a 2% accommodation tax.

If you already say that you are camping, don’t worry, those who stay in the tents are not forgotten either. However, the demands of tourism professionals for the postponement of this tax due to increasing costs have been conveyed to the ministry and relevant authorities.
